Brides Across America

Brides dream of having the perfect dress and a beautiful gown is an essential part of every bride's special day.  Brides Across America plays a role in making their dreams come true by giving a military or first responder bride a free wedding gown during an “Operation Wedding Gown Event”.  Events are held twice a year in partnership with bridal salons across the country or throughout the year with our Signature Events.  Deployments, financial hardships, and other challenges unique to servicemen and women can make it difficult to plan a wedding. Since its founding in 2008, Brides Across America has gifted over 20,000 gowns to military and first responder brides.

“Planning a wedding is challenging when your loved one is on deployment. This is our way to bring joy into a military couple’s life and say thank you. They sacrifice their lives to give us freedom.  This is the least we can do! I want to make sure our brides put away their camouflage to be a princess for the day.”
